The house is ideal for a couple or small family, up to 5 people. Your dog is also welcome.
Bedrooms: One double - and two small bedrooms (one - bunkbed - sleeps 2 and one with a 140 wide bed - can sleep 2) and the possibility of an extra cot for a baby.
Bathroom, sauna, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso-machine and everything needed for cooking), spacious living dining room, garage, car-port and closed garden.
All the bedroom living-windows offer a view on the water. The sliding window panels open on a big south-facing terrace with two deck-chairs and two different dining facilities and an open fire-place (chimneybarbecue).
The garden, 2000 m2, is shared with the owner’s house, but in a way that there is simply no fence between those two properties. Each house has his own garden and the entire park is fenced and secure.
The house is equipped with an alarm-system, outside light-sensor system and garden-lights, remote controlled gate system, TV, DVD, CD, Internet WIFI, washing-machine and a tumble-dryer.
